Interaction design of the administration system used to add patients, build care teams, and modify individual patient alerts.

Alerts are assigned to groups of patients under the same medical program. Each patient is unique, the system needs to allow the clinical team to fine tune when alerts are triggered. This view allows the clinical admin access to override, modify or add alerts for an individual.
Access to the patient management views is limited to the clinical administrators. These users have the rights to Add New Patients, Manage existing patients, Manage groups of patients in cohorts and Manage the team of users caring for the patients. The follow views provide an overview of administrators functions in the system.
